Michael Brzezinski, a veteran science teacher in the Massapequa School District, is transitioning to a new role at Massapequa High School. Starting on July 1, he will serve as the executive assistant to Principal Barbara Lowell, replacing retiring Michael Quigley.

Brzezinski has been a dedicated member of the district since 2005, teaching science courses such as biology, anatomy, physiology and marine sciences at Berner Middle School before moving to the high school the following year. With his extensive experience and commitment to education, Brzezinski is well-suited to take on this new opportunity and continue contributing to the school community.

In his new role, Brzezinski aims to support students, teachers and all other members of the community in the Massapequa School District. He plans to bring a collaborative and cooperative approach to his work and has expressed his commitment to maintaining an open-door policy for anyone in need of assistance. Brzezinski is excited about this new opportunity and looks forward to continuing his contributions to the district.
