West Ham had previously expressed interest in signing Max Kilman from Wolves, but the deal fell through. The Magpies were willing to offer cash plus midfielder Elliot Anderson in exchange for the player, but Wolves turned down the offer. This decision came after West Ham rejected a £25 million bid from Napoli last summer for Kilman.

Wolves are holding out for offers closer to £40 million due to a sell-on clause with Kilman’s former club Maidenhead United. It seems that Wolves value Kilman highly and are not willing to let him go for anything less than their asking price. The interest from a new manager at West Ham and previous interest from Napoli show that Kilman is a player with potential and talent.

It remains to be seen if any club will meet Wolves’ valuation for the player or if Kilman will remain at Molineux for the foreseeable future.
