On Tuesday, June 18, MTD’s Technology Services team will be upgrading and modernizing the telephone system. This upgrade project is expected to cause some difficulties for customers trying to reach MTD by phone starting around 10AM on Tuesday morning. However, our team will work tirelessly to restore service as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Despite the service interruption, customers can still contact MTD through various other channels such as our website, mtd.org, by email at mtdweb@mtd.org, through our Social Media channels @rideMTD, or by visiting our Illinois Terminal Customer Service team in person. The Illinois Terminal Customer Service is open from 7AM – 7PM, seven days a week for assistance.
