The Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) is hosting a camp for children ages 5-10 during the summer break. This unique camp, called Camp STEAMology: Look to the Stars, provides kids with an opportunity to learn about the stars and create their own constellation map.

The four-day camp costs $240 for members and $280 for non-members, with aftercare available for $45 per child. Families can avail of a multi-child discount by using the code “10off” during registration. To register, visit mods.org/campdiscovery and for more information contact (954) 467-MODS (6637).

At MODS, kids will have hands-on learning opportunities as well as weekly IMAX immersion experiences that will leave them excited about science and technology. The museum offers a wide range of science exhibits, an outdoor park, live animals, science shows, learning labs, café, and a store. One of its main attractions is the Great Gravity Clock, a 52-foot-tall kinetic energy sculpture – the largest clock in Florida.
