The annual Forum for Impact (FFI) Americas 2024 recently returned to Grand Bahama for its third year of dialogue on sustainable finance and the Blue Economy. Held on May 22, 2024, at the Pelican Bay Hotel, the event was attended by key stakeholders such as Minister of Economic Affairs, the Hon. Michael Halkitis, executives of the Grand Bahama Port Authority, investors, sponsors and other important guests.

The talks were led by executive panelists from Clean Marine Group Limited, Blue Action Accelerator, Maritime Blue, and Future Green. The forum founders Simon Jacot de Boinod and Michael Meehan kicked off the event with a discussion on innovations in sustainable finance and the Blue Economy.

This annual dialogue serves as an important platform for stakeholders to come together and exchange ideas on ways to promote sustainable finance and the Blue Economy in the Americas.
