Attorney Lauren Greene, a native of the suburbs of Chicago and a huge football fan, was looking for more ways to get involved following the COVID pandemic. In the spring of 2023, she discovered OutLoud Sports’ Flag Football League in Los Angeles and has been involved ever since. Greene expressed that the best part of her experience has been the people she has met on the teams she has played with, as well as in the league in general, as they have been supportive and welcoming.
Before Greene got involved, the Rams had already formed a partnership with OutLoud Sports. Greene noted the importance of the Rams’ support of the league from an inclusivity standpoint, stating that although not everyone can play football at the professional level, it is crucial for organizations like the Rams to support and foster the broader football community to encourage more people to play the sport at any level.
