Amanda Lemos and Virna Jandiroba were originally scheduled for a three-round bout, but it has been upgraded to a five-round main event. This strawweight contender bout is set to headline the UFC Fight Night on July 20 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Virna Jandiroba has an impressive record of 14-3-1 MMA, with 8 wins in the UFC. In her most recent eight fights, she has won six of them, with her only losses coming against Mackenzie Dern and Amanda Ribas. Jandiroba is looking to continue his winning streak against Lemos.

On the other hand, Amanda Lemos has a record of 20-3 MMA and 6 wins in the UFC. She bounced back into the win column after a failed title bid against Zhang Weili at UFC 292 in August with a unanimous decision victory over Mackenzie Dern at UFC 298 in February. Lemos is looking to build on this momentum against Jandiroba.

The July 20 lineup also includes matchups like Tracy Cortez vs. Miranda Maverick, Bill Algeo vs. Doo Ho Choi, Brad Tavares vs. Jun Yong Park, and more. For more information on the card, visit MMA Junkie’s event hub for the UFC Fight Night on July 20.
