Meanwhile, in Portland, Oregon, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy with a high of 66 degrees and only a 3% chance of rain during Xfinity qualifying. The garage opens at 11:30 a.m., with Xfinity practice scheduled from 11:30-11:50 a.m., followed by qualifying from 12-1 p.m., and then the Xfinity race begins at 4:30 p.m., consisting of 75 laps covering 147.75 miles, which will be broadcast on FS
