The partnership between Lightbeam Health Solutions and AHIP, America’s Health Insurance Plans, is a significant step towards improving population health management. As an AHIP Affiliate Organization Member, Lightbeam aims to connect payers and health plans with the necessary tools to promote alignment and transparency between them.
Using data analytics, Lightbeam focuses on population health management for various populations including ACO REACH, MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial populations nationwide.
