The partnership between Lightbeam Health Solutions and AHIP, America’s Health Insurance Plans, is a significant step towards improving population health management. As an AHIP Affiliate Organization Member, Lightbeam aims to connect payers and health plans with the necessary tools to promote alignment and transparency between them.

Using data analytics, Lightbeam focuses on population health management for various populations including ACO REACH, MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial populations nationwide. This collaboration will enable payers and health plans to generate provider insights, performance metrics, identify member risk, and reach vulnerable populations.

The partnership between Lightbeam and AHIP enables information exchange between payers and providers in key areas such as HEDIS and Star quality measures, risk adjustment coding, member retention, and cost and utilization patterns. Lightbeam’s solutions offer innovative strategies for care management, provider performance segmentation, targeted intervention based on risk factors.

Lightbeam will be an exhibiting sponsor at AHIP 2024 in Las Vegas Nevada where they will showcase how their solutions are driving positive outcomes and supporting the shift towards value-based care.
