Amol Kale, the President of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), passed away in the USA due to a cardiac arrest while watching the India vs Pakistan match at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York with MCA office bearers. Despite not completing two years as MCA president, he was praised for his decisions, including granting equal match fees to Mumbai cricketers as offered by the BCCI. During his tenure, he made significant decisions such as matching the BCCI match fee for all red-ball players for the upcoming season.

Kale was a prominent businessman from Nagpur who had settled in Mumbai for over a decade and was involved in various businesses. He was the Founder and CEO of J K Solutions Private Limited and Arpita Enterprises. Under his leadership, the MCA organized several international matches at the Wankhede Stadium.

The news of his passing was met with sadness on social media, with many people expressing their condolences. Kale’s loss is not only felt within the cricket community but also by those who knew him closely as a person.

MCA sources are still waiting for updates from officials who were with Kale in New York when he passed away. It is unclear what exactly happened during that moment, but it is clear that Kale’s passing has left a void in the cricket community and beyond.
