Those seeking help are encouraged to utilize the resources at the Family Assistance Center, where therapists will be available Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, individuals can contact a nurse on call at 800-848-5533 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays if they are unable to visit the center.
