Prairie Business is currently accepting nominations for its 50 Best Places to Work contest. Research has shown that companies who prioritize employee morale have lower turnover rates, better financial performance, improved safety records, and a higher caliber of job applicants. In recognition of this, Prairie Business will be honoring the top 50 companies in its September issue.

To be considered for this prestigious title, companies must undergo an anonymous employee satisfaction survey that evaluates various aspects such as benefits, company culture, and personal job satisfaction. Each company’s rating will also take into account the number of nominations they receive.

The contest is open to companies and organizations within the magazine’s readership area, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota. To nominate a company for consideration, visit grandforksherald.com/prairie-business. The deadline for nominations is July 8th. If you believe that your company deserves to be recognized as one of the best places to work in the region, be sure to submit your nomination before the deadline.
