In recognition of this, Prairie Business will be honoring the top 50 companies in its September issue.
To be considered for this prestigious title, companies must undergo an anonymous employee satisfaction survey that evaluates various aspects such as benefits, company culture, and personal job satisfaction. Each company’s rating will also take into account the number of nominations they receive.
