Thomas College recently had five students compete in the Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM) International Business Conference. These students included Dan Brewer, Tanner Herrick, Jade Crowell, Preston Moody, and Addison Landon. The conference took place in Orlando, Florida.

The team from Thomas College excelled at the conference, achieving top rankings in various categories. They placed second overall and third in the case study presentation. Three students – Preston Moody, Jade Crowell, and Addison Landon – even advanced to the finals of the Knowledge Bowl. Landon did exceptionally well, finishing in second place in this competition. He was also recognized as the top individual student performer at the conference.

Thomas College professors Dr. Rick Saucier and Dr. Jono Anzalone coached the students during the competition. They were praised by representatives from SAM for their exceptional performance. This success marks another milestone for Thomas College’s growing reputation in business management academic circles. It is the seventh consecutive year that Thomas College students have achieved success in the SAM competition.
