The San Rafael Pacifics are currently experiencing their busiest stretch of the season, with a packed schedule of 19 games in just 20 days. This stretch began with a thrilling road game against Bakersfield, where the Pacifics entered tied for first place with their opponents. Despite an initial setback in their first meeting of the season, when they lost to the Train Robbers 9-2 on May 31st, the Pacifics bounced back with six consecutive victories.

Recently, starting pitcher Jayson Summers had an outstanding performance, striking out 13 Sturgeon in a complete game against Martinez and earning the win. Offensively, Aki Buckson led the team with a 3 for 6 performance at the plate, hitting .464 since joining the club.
