A new network is set to launch in October, exclusively broadcasting Chicago White Sox, Bulls, and Blackhawks games. The Chicago Sports Network announced on Monday that they will carry over 300 live games per year for the three teams and will operate out of production studios located at the United Center and Guaranteed Rate Field.
The network is a joint venture between the three teams and Standard Media. It will officially kick off in October with preseason games for the Blackhawks and Bulls. NBC Sports Chicago will continue to carry all remaining 2024 White Sox games.
CHSN plans to be available through traditional cable providers, streaming services, and free, over-the-air broadcast. The network’s president, Jason Coyle, emphasized that their focus is on providing the best experience for fans. He expressed a commitment to maximizing distribution, enhancing both in-game and studio production, and serving fans on multiple platforms and markets.
