ESPN NFL draft writer Matt Miller suggests that the Steelers could address their cornerback need with the No. 13 overall pick by selecting Notre Dame standout Benjamin Morrison.

With Jackson and Cameron Sutton as short-term solutions, the team is in need of a long-term, high-upside running mate for Joey Porter Jr. Morrison is praised for his big-time talent, having recorded nine career interceptions over two seasons of starting. In 2023, he had 13 pass breakups, tying for eighth in the league. As the draft unfolded, Miller pointed out that Morrison was a better pick than any of the remaining receivers on the board.
