Tyrese Haliburton, a key point guard for the Indiana Pacers, will not be playing in Game 4 against the Boston Celtics due to a hamstring strain. This was confirmed by head coach Rick Carlisle before the game. Haliburton missed Game 3 as well, and the Celtics took advantage of his absence to extend their lead in the Eastern Conference finals to 3-0.
