Major League Baseball is a popular sport in the United States, with 30 teams competing for the Commissioner’s Trophy. However, there are five franchises that have yet to win this prestigious award: the Colorado Rockies, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, and Tampa Bay Rays. The Colorado Rockies were founded in 1995 and have only made one World Series appearance in 2007. They were swept by the Boston Red Sox and have never won their division or made it to the NLCS. Despite this, they have made five wild-card berths in their franchise history.

The Milwaukee Brewers were founded in 1970 and have appeared in the World Series just once in 1982. They lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games and were ultimately eliminated by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2018 during their NLCS run. The Brewers are currently one of the oldest teams without a World Series title.

The San Diego Padres were founded in 1969 and have played in the World Series twice: once in 1984 where they lost to the Detroit Tigers in five games, and once again
