The No. 3-ranked Texas A&M Aggies are on the brink of advancing to the College World Series Finals. Their next opponents are their SEC rivals, the Florida Gators. Texas A&M is coming off a dominant 15-4 win over the Kentucky Wildcats earlier in the day, hoping that the Gators have used up all their run support in their previous game. This will be the second meeting between the Aggies and the Gators in four days, with Texas A&M winning their first matchup 3-2 after a rain delay.

The game between Texas A&M and Florida will take place at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha, Nebraska, with a capacity of 24,000. The game is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 6 p.m. CST and will be broadcasted on ESPN. Radio coverage will be available on 1150 AM/93.7 FM, TAMU Sports Network. In terms of betting odds, Texas A&M is favored at (-125) while Florida is at (-105), according to DraftKings.

Texas A&M has been on a hot winning streak lately, triumping in their home regional and Super Regional games as well as their first two games in Omaha against Kentucky and Arkansas State respectively. They hope to continue this trend against Florida and secure another victory to advance to the CWS Finals against either Tennessee or Georgia Tech depending on who wins tonight’s matchup between Tennessee vs Florida State. But they know they can’t underestimate their SEC rivals who have always been competitive against them no matter what year it is.

The game promises to be an exciting one as both teams have played well so far in Omaha but this time it’s different because it’s for championship glory or elimination from contention for some teams.

Texas A&M fans can listen live on KLOE AM/FM or stream online through TAMU Sports Network while ESPN viewers can catch all the action starting from 6 p.m CST Wednesday evening.
