Ons Jabeur advanced with a victory over Wang Xinyu and could potentially face Elena Rybakina next.

In the Birmingham Classic, Leylah Fernandez came back from a set down to defeat Viktorija Golubic and will face Ajla Tomljanovic in the quarter-finals. At the Berlin Open, Azarenka advanced with a win over Zeynep Sonmez and could potentially face Rybakina next.
