The Franciscan Health Foundation of South Suburban Chicago is hosting an event called Home Team Healthcare Hero Night on July 27 at Ozinga Field in Crestwood, Illinois. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for the Employee Wellbeing Fund, which supports local healthcare workers in managing and overcoming burnout while providing opportunities for mental escape and relaxation.

By supporting this fund, attendees of Home Team Healthcare Hero Night can contribute to improving care delivery and enhancing the overall wellbeing of healthcare workers in the community. The event will include entertainment by the Strawdawg Band, postgame fireworks, access to the Kids’ Zone, opportunities to ride a mechanical bull, a split the pot raffle, and a 90-minute all-you-can-eat buffet featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, water, and vegetarian options. There will also be a cash bar available, as well as private party decks for attendees to enjoy.

Tickets for Home Team Healthcare Hero Night are $25 until June 30 and $30 starting on July 1. The first 200 attendees with tickets will receive a swag bag filled with items from event sponsors. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities ranging from $500 to $10,000 are available online until July 8. Sponsors will have the chance to set up informational booths and provide promotional materials for the event, as well as receive recognition based on their level of sponsorship.
