The Wichita County Public Health is thrilled to host its first Public Health Fair since 2019. Karel Davis joined us in the studio this morning to discuss the event, which will feature over forty community partners with booths offering giveaways, education, and activities for all ages. Animal services will be present to waive adoption fees and offer free microchipping for Wichita Falls residents.

This year’s fair has a Super Heroes, Super Health theme, so attendees are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superhero. In addition to the various organizations participating, there will be games, scavenger hunts, and other fun activities for attendees to enjoy. The fair will take place on April 4 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1700 3rd street, across from the waterfalls.

The event is completely free and open to the public, so whether you’re young or old, make sure to bring the whole family for a day of entertainment and education. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn about health and wellness in a fun and interactive way. Copyright 2024 KAUZ. All rights reserved.
