The Summer Game Fest 2024 brought together some of the latest news from the video game industry, unveiling titles set to release this year. The annual event, headed by Geoff Keighley, creator of The Game Awards, took place at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles, showcasing a range of news and game announcements.

Kicking off the festival was the reveal of Lego Horizon Adventures, a new game from PlayStation featuring Aloy as the protagonist. Scheduled for release at Christmas for PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Another title announced was No More Room In Hell 2, a cooperative horror game launching on PC later this year. Additionally, Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO release date was revealed for October 11 on various platforms.

The event also introduced Harry Potter Quidditch Champions, a sports game centered around the sport Quidditch, set for release on September 3 for multiple consoles. Civilization VII and Black Myth: Wukong were among the other titles showcased, with the latter arriving on August 20 for PS5 and PC. Star Wars Outlaws, Monster Hunter Wilds, and Dune: Awakening were also featured at the festival.

Furthermore, Street Fighter 6 updates and the primer DLC for Alan Wake 2 were announced alongside new titles like Batman Arkham Shadow and The First Descendant. Phantom Blade Zero from S-Game closed
