SSM Health recently announced the opening of a new 66,000 square-foot facility in Streets of Caledonia, O’Fallon, Missouri. This is the first freestanding location along the 64/40 corridor in western St. Louis for SSM Health. The new location will offer a range of clinical services including pediatrics, primary care, urgent care, and specialty services such as ENT, psychology, dermatology and more.

The demand for healthcare services has been growing in St. Charles County, one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri. Dr. Kristy Haggett, the chief medical officer and vice president of medical affairs for SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles and Wentzville emphasized the importance of providing healthcare services close to home for residents of St. Charles.

The new facility at Streets of Caledonia will feature a full imaging center, retail pharmacy and primary and specialty care services for adults as well as dedicated pediatric care provided by Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. This facility aims to make healthcare easily accessible to the population supporting their growth and development while also making it convenient for residents to access expert care without having to leave their community.
