NFIB Arkansas recently organized a small business roundtable in Springdale with Reps. Robin Lundstrum, DeAnna Hodges, and Steve Unger. The event took place at the Apollo on Emma and provided an opportunity for small business owners to engage in a Q&A session with the lawmakers.

During the roundtable, Katie Burns, NFIB State Director, addressed state issues affecting small businesses and emphasized the need for support and advocacy. She acknowledged the significant impact of inflation on Main Street businesses and highlighted the importance of advocacy for tax cuts, regulatory relief, and improved business conditions in the state. Rep. Lundstrum hosted the event, with Reps. Hodges and Unger also participating and engaging with small business owners.

Small business owners were able to have their voices heard as Rep. Lundstrum fielded questions from attendees, allowing for a direct exchange of concerns and ideas. The event served as a valuable platform for dialogue and collaboration between stakeholders to discuss challenges and opportunities in driving positive change for Arkansas’s small business community.

Overall, NFIB Arkansas’s small business roundtable was an important event that brought together lawmakers and small business owners to address critical issues facing Arkansas’s entrepreneurs. By creating opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, NFIB Arkansas is helping to drive positive change in support of our state’s growing small business community.
