Drinking Juices for Healthy Skin

Pomegranate juice, citrus fruits, apples, watermelon, tomatoes, and celery are all rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatories that can help reduce skin aging. Skin aging is caused by two main factors: exogenous and endogenous.
