Justin Timberlake was arrested on charges of driving under the influence in Sag Harbor, New York, on Monday night. According to several sources, the 10-time Grammy winner is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Timberlake has two concerts planned for Chicago this weekend and two shows in New York City next week as part of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, which supports his sixth studio album “Everything I Thought It Was.” Business Insider contacted Timberlake’s representatives for comment but did not receive an immediate response.
