During a recent meeting of the Board of Directors, chaired by Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Board, the Chamber highlighted its achievements in enhancing economic activities. They discussed ongoing projects, including infrastructure developments in industrial zones and efforts to attract investments and establish partnerships through international collaborations.

Al Owais emphasized the Chamber’s commitment to supporting the business sector, promoting sustainable economic growth, and diversifying the emirate’s exports. He also emphasized their focus on creating a conducive environment for investment by offering top-notch services to the business community and attracting more investors to Sharjah. Through various agreements, business forums, and trade missions, the Chamber is actively seeking to explore new opportunities for partnerships and investments.

The SCCI also places a strong emphasis on excellence in service quality and institutional development. They have obtained international certifications in quality management, business continuity, and environmental standards. Additionally, they have established programs such as the Sharjah Excellence Award and the Sharjah Training and Development Center to promote professional development and training programs for employees and entrepreneurs.
