In 2019, Irish Ultra Premium Whiskey Brand SENSES was launched by a collaboration between chef owner Damian Grey of Liath Restaurant and Rupert Egan, Master Bonder of Egan’s Irish Whiskey. The brand is a unique project that allows the five foundations of taste – Bitter, Sour, Salt, Umami, and Sweet – to be experienced through five individually crafted and finished 23-year-old Single Malt Irish whiskeys.

The launch campaign for SENSES was developed by Circle Content.
