On Thursday, June 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the UT Health San Antonio Police Department (UTPD) will host a blood drive on behalf of Blood Donor Services at University Hospital. The event will take place in UTPD’s Training Room No. 124, located on the first floor of Garage B, adjacent to the School of Nursing, on the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Campus.

Individuals interested in donating blood can register online by visiting the website provided and checking for available time slots on June 27. Those who prefer to walk in without registering can call 210-358-2812 to check for open slots that may still be available. Snacks will be provided to those who donate blood as a token of appreciation for their generosity.

The blood donation drive offers incentives for donors based on the number of times they have given blood during this event. These incentives include a T-shirt for their first donation, a $20 gift card for their second donation, a $30 gift card for their third donation, a $40 gift card for their fourth donation, a $50 gift card for their fifth donation, and a $60 gift card and entry into a grand prize valued at $500 for their sixth donation.
