Savie Health is thrilled to announce that they will be hosting a health education and vaccine fair in Lompoc on Saturday, June 15. This event will provide attendees with valuable information and resources from various organizations in the community, including the Santa Barbara County Promotoras and Lompoc Valley Community Healthcare Organization.

During the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a free lunch provided by the Kiwanis of Santa Maria Valley, with a choice between turkey and veggie hot dogs. In addition to the delicious meal, there will be numerous health education sessions available on topics such as Spanish language nutrition classes, sun safety, and diabetes prevention.

One of the main highlights of the fair will be the availability of free Flu, COVID-19, and Mpox vaccines for low to moderate-income community members who are Medi-Cal recipients or uninsured. These vaccines will be administered on-site to help protect individuals from these preventable diseases.

The event will take place at Savie Health’s location at 1111 E. Ocean Ave. Suite 2 in Lompoc. It promises to be an informative and beneficial opportunity for community members to learn about health resources and receive important vaccinations.
