Sanford Health’s support programs for military and veteran employees include benefits continuation and differential pay during deployment. In a new initiative, Sanford Health partnered with the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program and the Military Spouses Employment Program to further support active-duty members and their spouses. Veterans who apply for jobs at Sanford Health receive automatic screening interviews, demonstrating the organization’s commitment to hiring and supporting military and veteran employees.
