E St., Suite B in San Bernardino, was closed on June 13 due to insufficient hot water but was able to reopen on the same day. Albaro’s at 7955 Webster St., Suite 12 in Highland, which had been closed for insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen on June 13 as well.
