Samsung, one of the world’s largest technology companies, is set to launch its new flagship smartphone series on January 17, 2024 in San Jose, California, USA. The Galaxy S24 series will be available for pre-order starting from January 18 and general availability for consumers will begin on January 30.
Customers can pre-order the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra models on January 18. While the prices of these devices have not been announced yet, it is estimated that Samsung will follow a similar pricing policy to the Galaxy S23 series. The Galaxy S24 could start around $900, while the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra will be priced at $1,000 and $1,200 respectively.
The new phone series will be released with One UI 6 based on Android 14 and will include specially developed artificial intelligence features. Samsung aims to increase its earnings in the first quarter with this release. The company has also revealed that the Galaxy Unpacked event where the new phone series will be launched will take place in San Jose instead of New York as usual. This event is expected to showcase the new features and capabilities of the Galaxy S24 series and generate excitement leading up to its launch date.
