Romando Johnson, a 6-foot-3, 245-pound defensive end from Monarch High School, has locked in an official visit with Rutgers football. His impressive offer list includes schools like Florida, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Louisville, Miami, Penn State, and Tennessee. Johnson took to social media to announce his upcoming visit to Rutgers. Boston College also recently extended an offer to him earlier this month.

247 Sports ranks Johnson as a three-star edge, placing him as the No. 32 player at his position nationally and the No. 60 overall recruit in Florida for this cycle. In the previous season, Johnson played in 11 games, recording 28 total tackles, three tackles for loss, six sacks, a pass defended, and a fumble caused/recovered.
