Rotherham United has announced the signing of two free agents, Alex MacDonald and Cameron Dawson. MacDonald, a 34-year-old winger, has signed a one-year contract with the club. This marks his fourth time working under Millers boss Steve Evans, having previously played for him at Gillingham, Mansfield, and Stevenage. Evans sees MacDonald as an important piece of the puzzle and believes he will be a key asset for the team in the upcoming season.

On the other hand, Rotherham United has also secured the services of goalkeeper Cameron Dawson on a two-year deal. Dawson, 28, comes from Sheffield Wednesday and has impressed Evans with his performances in the past. Evans is thrilled to have Dawson on board, adding depth and competition to the goalkeeping department alongside Dillon Phillips.

Evans is confident that both MacDonald and Dawson will make valuable contributions to the club in the season ahead. He believes they both bring experience, skill, and a strong work ethic to the team, and is looking forward to seeing them in action on the field. With these new signings, Rotherham United looks poised to have a successful season with a strong squad and depth in key positions.
