The global community is facing an increasingly urgent climate crisis, and it has led to a concerted effort by international organizations to address this issue. With the abundance of information available on climate change, it can be difficult to differentiate between accurate and misleading information. To help combat this challenge, UNESCO has partnered with 9 other United Nations agencies to develop a series of informative posters.

Under the leadership of the United Nations’ Issue-based Coalition on Climate Change and Resilience (IBC-CCR), these posters were created in an effort to provide valuable knowledge to individuals about the complexities of climate change. By consolidating the wealth of climate knowledge held by the United Nations, these posters aim to promote scientific literacy among the public and empower them to take meaningful action against the changing climate.

It is only through a solid foundation of knowledge about climate change that we can effectively navigate its challenges and work towards a more sustainable future for our planet. By arming ourselves with accurate information, we can better prepare ourselves to address the issues posed by the changing climate and build resilience in our communities. These posters are an important tool in this mission, as they provide accessible and easy-to-understand information that can be shared widely across social media platforms, schools, community centers, and other public spaces.
