Four-star offensive lineman Dontrell Glover has moved up his commitment date from July 1 to June 24 after taking an official visit with the Georgia Bulldogs. Glover, who is currently playing for Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia, is ranked as the No. 16 interior offensive lineman, the No. 34 player in Georgia, and the No. 285 player in the 2025 cycle by 247Sports.

Initially committed to Alabama, Glover decommitted following Nick Saban’s retirement. His final four schools are Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida State, with Georgia being the front runner for his commitment. Standing at 6 feet 3 inches and weighing 315 pounds, Glover fits the desired profile for offensive linemen that Kirby Smart and his staff are looking for.

Despite Florida State being in the running, Glover moved his official visit with them to the fall, suggesting that they may be an unlikely destination for him. Kirby Smart’s success on the recruiting trail has been evident, with Georgia recently landing four commitments in the class of 2025 and currently boasting the No. 4 recruiting class in the nation.

Georgia has secured commitments from 13 players in the class of 2025 so far, including one commitment along the offensive line in four-star Mason Short. Offensive line coach Stacy Searels will be looking to add Glover to the talented group of recruits to bolster Georgia’s offensive front and continue building a strong program for years to come.
