The proceedings were opened by ANGI delegates represented by President Gabriele Ferrieri and member of the scientific committee Alessandro del Frate. Institutional greetings were given by Hon. Alessandro Giglio Vigna, President of the European Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, and Hon. Walter Rizzetto, President of the Public and Private Work Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

He also emphasized how investments should be focused on creating jobs rather than just profits while discussing prospects for new professions under cohesion decree laws.

The roundtable aimed at providing insights from various institutions and businesses regarding work-related challenges they face along with opportunities available within their sectors. The discussions were centered around developing new skills required for future jobs and exploring ways to enhance productivity levels through technological advancements like AI integration into daily operations. Additionally, participants shared ideas about potential collaborations between private sector companies and public institutions that could benefit young talents entering into professional life post-education or those who are already part of an organization but need upskilling or reskilling programs tailored according to industry demands.

In conclusion, President Gabriele Ferrieri expressed his satisfaction with the successful participation in this discussion forum held at Chamber House. He thanked all contributors involved as well as parliamentary institutions representing different commissions within Chamber House for supporting this initiative aimed at promoting innovation and collaboration towards a better future for both workers and businesses alike through sustainable practices that prioritize human capital development over short-term profits goals.
