ITT Aerospace Controls, a subsidiary of ITT Connect and Control Technologies, is set to unveil its new UltraLOC seat recline technology at the 2024 Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg. The event will take place from May 28-30, and attendees will have the opportunity to see this innovative product line in person.

The company’s Executive Director of Sales, William Wilk, stated that ITT Connect and Control Technologies are committed to meeting the needs of the aviation industry by continually improving their product offerings. He highlighted that the new UltraLOC product line prioritizes safety, durability, and convenience for both passengers and crew.

Enidine, a brand under ITT Aerospace Controls, will also be showcasing its UltraLOC line at the event. The line features an HIC damper that integrates energy absorption technology into a compact energy absorber on the seat lock shaft. This innovative solution can withstand forces up to 2,000 pounds and can be tailored to fit different seat lock designs. Enidine’s customizable UltraLOC seat recline buttons come with flexible configurations for modern aircraft seat designs and include new LED backlighting options for easier use in dark or overnight flights. The buttons are available in mini-round or rectangular designs with a lightweight structure.
