Andy, the journalist and host of The Crypto Conversation podcast, has announced that Lido is launching a new module called SimpleDVT. This module utilizes Liquid Staking Protocols to enable users to create a transferable utility token that can be used in on-chain activities while their stake is locked up. This makes it a “liquid” option, allowing users to earn staking rewards without the need for staking infrastructure maintenance.
As the Master of Validators at Lido DAO, Isodoros Passadis will oversee the implementation of this module. Meanwhile, Alon Muroch is the Founder of SSV Labs, which provides Distributed Validator Technology (DVT). This technology will be integrated into SimpleDVT to enhance and decentralize node operations within Lido. SSV Network’s distributed validator infrastructure sets a new standard for staking by offering a permissionless and decentralized platform for developers to build innovative applications and tools for the staking industry.
