The conference will consist of 12 schools, including the addition of Hiram, which will be returning to the league in the 2025-26 season.

The new divisional structure will feature two six-team divisions – the North and South – with divisional crossover games scheduled for the three sports. In the North Division, teams will include Allegheny, Geneva, Grove City, Hiram, Thiel, and Westminster. The South Division will consist of Bethany, Chatham, Franciscan, Saint Vincent, Washington & Jefferson, and Waynesburg.

Each sport will play 16 conference games, with teams facing their five divisional opponents twice in a home-and-home series. Despite the divisional changes
