To enhance support and security, Meta Verified is being introduced on the WhatsApp Business app in select countries, including Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Colombia. This badge indicates that a business has registered with Meta, receiving enhanced support and security features. Meta Verified businesses can also use WhatsApp on multiple devices for their employees, improving accessibility and communication.

For larger businesses, WhatsApp is now testing a new feature that allows users to call businesses directly with just one tap. This feature is designed for situations where speaking with a live representative is necessary, such as complex travel arrangements or discussing account options with a bank. The feature is currently in testing and will be expanded to more businesses in the future.
