At this year’s expo, Rototest is showcasing their expanding range of powertrain dynamometer technology specifically tailored for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and university applications. The models on display include the new Energy a62 4WD model designed for high dynamic braking tests required for autonomous emergency braking (AEB) systems. This model can also test various other ADAS functionalities such as ACC and LKA, with high transient torque and power capabilities.

Rototest offers standard solutions up to 5,000Nm for more demanding tests. The Energy a62 is also compatible with Rototest’s Natural Steering solution for further integration. In addition to the Energy a62, Rototest is also showcasing the Energy u14 4WD model tailored for educational institutions. This model is based on the same technology as the larger models but offers streamlined options and functional modules, making it more cost-effective for universities and educational establishments.
