Wander UP Overland is a new business located in Escanaba, Michigan that offers a unique camping experience for community members who may not have their own tent or camping gear. The business has two four-wheel Jeeps equipped with rooftop tents featuring king-sized mattresses, cook stoves, utensils, camp chairs, and more.

Lynn and Amber Hartman, the owners of Wander UP Overland, were inspired to start the business after renting a similar unit on vacation. They wanted to bring the idea back to the Upper Peninsula to make camping more accessible and enjoyable for others. Lynn emphasized that setting up the equipment is easy and quick, encouraging customers to give it a try themselves.

The Hartmans provide everything needed for a comfortable camping experience, except for sleeping bags, pillows, fuel for the car, a stove, and a sense of adventure. They want people to know that camping can be simple and enjoyable with the right equipment and mindset. Wander UP Overland is a great option for those looking to explore the great outdoors without investing in their own camping gear.
