Kawasaki’s Alex Lowes took charge on the second and final day of the Cremona test, but fell short by 0.212s behind Razgatlioglu’s impressive time of 1m 28.578s on day one. Toprak Razgatlioglu showcased his dominance by setting the fastest time at a Cremona test, despite only riding on the opening day.

Honda’s Iker Lecuona and Kawasaki’s Axel Bassani also recorded times under 1m 29s, with Bahattin Sofuoglu leading the Supersport class. Michael van der Mark and Xavi Vierge, both team-mates of Razgatlioglu and Lecuona respectively, also participated in the test. The combined times from the Cremona test showed Razgatlioglu at the top of the leaderboard, followed by Lowes, Lecuona, Bassani, Van Der Mark, Vierge and others.

The upcoming round five of the season will take place at Donington Park on July 12-14 before Cremona hosts its first WorldSBK event on September 20-22nd. The test provided valuable insights into the performance of different riders and their machines, setting the stage for exciting races in the upcoming events.

Toprak Razgatlioglu has been leading the championship since round one after winning four out of five races so far this season. His latest victory came at Imola where he defeated championship rival Jonathan Rea in a thrilling race that saw both riders push themselves to their limits.

Razgatlioglu is known for his aggressive riding style and ability to adapt to different tracks quickly. He has been impressed with his performance so far this season and is determined to win his first world championship title.

Lowes had a good showing at Cremona test despite falling short by just over a quarter of a second behind Razgatlioglu’s time. He was able to improve significantly from his performance on day one when he finished fifth overall.

Lecuona was also pleased with his performance as he recorded a time under 1m 30 seconds which is a good sign considering that he struggled with balance issues during practice sessions.

Bassani had a solid run in Cremona as well as he recorded a time just over two tenths of a second behind Lowes’ best effort.

Van der Mark finished sixth overall in Cremona while Vierge finished eighth overall but was happy with how well his bike handled under challenging conditions.
