Juventus is in a race to sign striker Joshua Zirkzee, who has been in talks with Milan. The young forward is currently with Bologna and has had an impressive season under coach Thiago Motta. However, Milan’s slow progress in finalizing a deal may open the door for Juventus to swoop in.

Meanwhile, Milan’s new coach Paulo Fonseca is seeking a different type of forward, which could impact their pursuit of Zirkzee.

But despite this challenge, Milan remains determined to activate the striker’s €40m release clause on July 1st and has been negotiating with his agent Kia Joorabchian for some time. However, Joorabchian is asking for €15m in agent fees, which Milan is reluctant to pay.
