Skytrax, an aviation ranking website, has released its annual customer satisfaction survey results and Qatar Airways has emerged as the world’s best airline for 2024. The title was previously held by Singapore Airlines. This is not the first time that Qatar Airways has been named the best airline for business class, as it has done so nine times since 2014.
Qatar Airways is renowned for its luxurious offerings in the front of the plane, particularly in its business class. The airline’s QSuite is a standout feature, with fully closing doors and a suite-style design that allows for various cabin layouts, including double beds and quad-seating. This innovative concept sets a new standard for premium flying worldwide.
Several other airlines have followed suit and introduced their own hotel-like cabins and multi-person seating options. However, travelers continue to prefer Qatar Airways’ original QSuite design due to its luxury and convenience. The airline is set to unveil “QSuite 2.0” later this year, further enhancing the premium flying experience for its passengers.
