Procter & Gamble Co. is relocating several thousand jobs starting in 2026 from its Winton Hill Business Center to either its General Offices in downtown Cincinnati or the Mason Business & Innovation Center in Mason, Ohio. This transition is expected to take place over the next five years, with approximately 300 employees already scheduled to move to P&G’s General Offices by the end of this year.

The Winton Hill center, which opened in 1958 and was last renovated in 2005, has been home to parts of the company’s baby, family, and feminine care businesses since 2016 when hundreds of jobs were relocated downtown. P&G emphasized its commitment to the greater Cincinnati area, where the company has been located since 1837. The decision to move jobs to both the downtown offices and Mason center is intended to meet innovation needs with top-notch laboratories and offices.

P&G will be transitioning its Cincinnati-area-based roles from the Winton Hill Business Center to either P&G’s General Offices in downtown or the Mason Business & Innovation Center in Mason. This transition is expected to take place over the next five years. The exact number of jobs heading to Mason has not been provided, but it will be done in multiple phases.
