The 10th round of the Premier League has come to a close, with mostly hosts emerging victorious. It is becoming increasingly clear how the big battles for entry into the Champions League will unfold.

The first match of the round saw Varaždin and Osijek face off in League A. Osijek started strong, taking a commanding 5-0 lead over Varaždin. However, Varaždin quickly fought back and by halftime, the score was tied at 17-14. In the second half, Varaždin took control and emerged victorious with a final score of 35-29.

Zagreb also emerged victorious in their match against Gorica, despite resting some key players. Gorica led by a goal or two in the first half but Zagreb took control in the second half and won convincingly.

Karlovac and Trogir played a closely contested match, with Karlovac holding a minimal advantage throughout the game. Trogir waited for their chance but ultimately fell short and lost to Karlovac.

Igor Vori’s team came from behind to defeat Moslavina in the last 15 minutes, extending their streak to six games without a win. Meanwhile, Križevci lost to Poreč in their quest to redeem themselves after an earlier loss.

Spačva dominated their match against Metković from start to finish, while Rudar won painlessly against Kaštela in the derby match between these two teams from neighboring towns.
